Nursery rooms: available at the  Children´s zoo and in the Savannah Restaurant.

Microwave ovens: available at the Savannah restaurant, the Coffee Hut and the in the new Bear café.

Dogs and other pets: not allowed into the zoo due to the risk of infection.

Souvenir shop: located at the Children´s zoo. At peak season, also between the monkey islands and the Tigers.

FAQ

Do I have to leave the zoo when the entrance shuts? No, you can remain in the zoo after the entrance has shut. You can always leave through the revolving gate. However, some animals are taken inside about 30 minutes after the entrance has closed.

Can I feed the animals? No, all animals have a calculated amount of food with a composition that is worked out to ensure the wellbeing of the animal. If the amount and composition of this food is altered, the animal can get seriously ill!! It is absolutely forbidden to feed the animals.
